Room Rates are subject to 9% NH Rooms Tax and may change without notice.

Smoking:

All rooms and porches are NON-SMOKING. Smoking areas are provided away from the buildings. For the comfort of all guests, this policy is strictly enforced. Charges to the credit card on file up to $250 will be applied if smoking occurs.

Dogs: (Must call for availability):

Limited dog-friendly rooms are available for dogs under 50 lbs. Limit of 2 dogs per room. $15 per dog, per night applies. We reserve the right to refuse accommodations to certain dogs. We do not allow cats or other animals. Dogs left unattended in rooms must be crated at all times. ($150 cleaning fee will be assessed to the credit card on file if dogs are not crated). Housekeeping personnel will not enter a room a dog is occupying. Bathing/grooming of dogs is not permitted and will be subject to additional cleaning fees.
Unattended/disruptive dogs may be removed from the property at expense of the guest. Dogs must be on a leash at all times while on the property. Guests must pick up after their dogs.(They Poop, You Scoop!) Guests accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or soiling caused by dogs. Costs for pairs or additional cleaning including labor, found during Housekeeping’s cleaning of the room, will be charged to the credit card provided at check in.

By bringing a dog into our motel, you are agreeing to our dog policies set forth above. You agree to indemnify the motel for any injuries, damages or loss of revenue to the motel or a third party caused by your dog. As the dog’s owner/ handler, you are responsible for any liability arising from your dog’s actions.

Multi-night or Multi-room:

Please call to confirm rates and for possible discounts on multi-night or multi-room reservations.

General Cancellation Policy:

Untimely cancellations may result in charges to the credit card securing the reservation as follows:

• More than 7 days of scheduled arrival – no

• Within 7 days of scheduled arrival – $25 cancellation fee

• Within 72 hours of scheduled arrival– one night’s stay

• unless we rent the room, then $25 cancellation fee only

• NO SHOWS – full charge of reserved stay

We understand that certain cancellations may be unavoidable. Being that guest satisfaction is our top priority, we will make every attempt to accommodate guests, on an individual basis, with reservation changes or cancellations.
