Our Watermark Restaurant
The Chef's at the Gananoque Inn & Spa use fresh, local ingredients to create regionally-inspired seasonal menus for The Watermark Restaurant. Using herbs grown on-site in their garden, they believe in using quality seasonal ingredients from local sources wherever possible. By keeping food simple, good ingredients will speak for themselves.
The Watermark also features an intimate wine bar serving international vintages and a large selection of Ontario VQA Wines from Prince Edward County and the Niagara district. In addition, the restaurant's waterfront terrace boasts one of the best views in the 1000 Islands region, making it the ideal place to enjoy expertly prepared local fare on our bistro style menu.
The Watermark will be closed for the fall/winter season starting October 1, 2012
